QUETTA: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) issued arrest warrants for the guarantor of former President and Army Chief General (Retd.) Pervez Musharraf in the murder case of Nawab Akbar Bugti in Quetta on Monday, ARY News reports.
Justice Tariq Anwar Kasi heard the proceding of the case today.
Pervez Musharraf did not appear in the hearing of the Bugti Murder Case today as well on which the court issued arrest warrant for the former President's guarantor Mumtaz Ahmed.
The court also accepted the plea made by the former Interior Minister Aftab Sherpao and Shoaib Nosherwani for bailable arrest warrant.
While speaking to media outside the court, Aftab Sherpao said that they respect the courts and will appear in the next hearing of the case.
ATC adjourned the hearing of the Bugti Murder Case till 7th April.
