Balochistan Unrest: SC seeks DNA details of Khuzdar mass graves

QUETTA: Supreme Court (SC) Quetta Registry during the hearing of Balochistan Unrest Case, sought the details of the DNA reports relating to the mass graves found from Khuzdar, by tomorrow – ARY News reports.

A three-member SC bench headed by Justice Nasir ul Mulk heard the case on Tuesday.

The council of Frontier Constabulary (FC) Balochistan, Irfan Qadir stated before the court that the FC officials accused of missing people, will be tried in military court and the Balochistan Government also has no objection on this.

At this the SC expressed its displeasure over the provincial government, Justice Ameer Hani Muslim remarked that the Chief Secretary Balochistan also does not appear at the meetings pertaining to missing people, nor does the Advocate General Balochistan and send the Additional Advocate General instead.

He inquired the Advocate General Balochistan that do you come on a recreation visit for you never come prepared for the case proceedings.

The SC ordered to present the DNA details of Khuzdar mass graves and adjourned the case till tomorrow.
