LAHORE: A banking court in Lahore has indicted singer Shahid Nazeer, who got fame from song ‘ One Pound Fish ’, for fraud, ARY News reported.
The court charged Shahid Nazeer under the light of investigation, summoning the witnesses on April 9 for evidences.
A leasing company filed a petition against Shahid Nazeer stating that he took the loan of Rs.6 million for his transport company and did not return even after 5 years.
The singer, on the other hand, adopted the stance that he wanted to return the loan as per agreement and declaring the claim of leasing company is illegal.
The court withdrawn the arrest warrant against Shahid Nazeer, over his assurance to observe court orders.
