Seigel was scheduled to testify before the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) of Rawalpindi today and Rawalpindi administration had finalized the arrangements for video conferencing at the commissioner office.
However, the Secretary of Interior informed the court that Mr. Siegel has expressed his inability to record his statement to the court today due to ill health.
The court ordered the government to make arrangement of the recording of the testimony of Mr. Siegel in the next hearing of the case.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 31st.
