In his latest tweet, Bilawal expressed his discontent over the passage of 21st Constitutional Amendment that was recently passed by both the Houses – National Assembly and Senate.

It may be noted here that PPP has the majority in the Senate and party’s co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari had expressed to support the constitutional amendment so it could sail through the Upper House without any opposition.

PPP stalwarts and senators Raza Rabbani and Aitzaz Ahsan, however, had showed their discontent over passage of the amendment bill, while Mr. Rabbani had become tearful while expressing his ‘helplessness’ after voting in favour of the bill during his speech in the Senate session on Tuesday.
