Bilawal directs Sindh govt to track culprits who robbed ARY reporter

Babu Iqbal and his brother were injured while resisting a robbery attempt in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi on Saturday.

The PPP chairman also prayed for early recovery of the victim and asked the Sindh government to ensure quality medical treatment of the injured journalist.

According to details, the robbers had entered in Babu Iqbal’s home to commit a robbery. Babu Iqbal and and his brother, Shakeel, got injured when they tried to resist against the looters. The robbers escapeed with cash, jewellery and other valuables.

ARY News reporter’s brother, Shakeel, said that the robbers had managed to enter into the house after having inside knowledge about the house.

Forensic team arrived at the scene after the robbery and collected the evidence. Police has launched the investigation but no suspects had been arrested as yet.

Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah had also taken notice of the incident and asked the Inspector General Police Sindh A D Khawaja to submit his report.
