The situation of desert region of Sindh which is facing yet another drought due less rain fall and unavailability of basic necessities was discussed in the meeting presided over by Bilawal whose party rules the province.
Wheat supply, water shortage and provision of other necessities was discussed in the meeting which was attended by Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, provincial ministers and other officials.
The PPP chairman announced that he will visit the drought hit region in a few days and will himself monitor the relief activities in the region.
The meeting was also chaired by PPP legislators from Tharparkar.
