GILGIT: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday reiterated his resolve to continue struggle for constitutional rights of people of Gilgit-Baltistan, ARY News reported.

Addressing a presser in Gilgit today, the PPP chief vowed to highlight the problems being faced by people of GB at all forums and claimed that ” the PPP has always fought for Gilgit Baltistan’s constitutional rights”.

While paying tribute to the ideological approach of the GB’s people, Bilawal claimed, PPP is equally popular in Sindh and here [Gilgit-Baltistan].

Taking on the prime minister during his press conference, the PPP chairman slammed Imran Khan for “criticising” his political opponents on foreign visits.

He lamented that the PTI government has not taken a single step to curb corruption but is only accusing political opponents of wrongdoings.

“Imran Khan formed the government by stealing the mandate of people of Pakistan. My party, the PPP  faced dictators in the past and will now face this puppet government”, he continued.

“The country’s economic condition is worsening day by day and the prices are touching the sky. The federal government should form such policies that serve the poor people,” Bilawal demanded.
