Bilawal to file nomination papers from Larkana today

LARKANA: Pakistan Peoples Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will file his nomination papers for NA-200, Larakana today, party sources said.

Bilawal arrived Naudero on Thursday evening to be able to file his nomination papers for the National Assembly constituency NA-200.

National Assembly constituency NA-200 is a prestige seat for PPP. Benazir Bhutto and her iconic father Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had also contested and won elections from the same constituency.

Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari and Faryal Talpur, chairperson of PPP women’s wing, would also file nomination papers, sources said.

According to sources, Faryal Talpur would submit papers for PS-12 constituency of Ratodero and would contest against Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI) Amir Bakhsh Bhutto, son of Mumtaz Ali Bhutto.

Peoples Party Sindh president Nisar Khuhro and his daughter Nida Khuhro filed their nomination papers for the PS-11 Larkana City seat on Thursday. Nida has filed her papers as covering candidate for her father.

The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also contesting from NA-246 in Karachi and submitted his nomination papers on Thursday.

Bilawal Bhutto appeared before the Returning Officer Ramesh Kumar, an additional district and sessions judge for district south in Karachi, to submit his nomination forms to contest the polls from NA-246, Lyari- the PPP’s stronghold in Karachi.
