Bilawal urges MQM to withdraw ‘strike call’
KARACHI: PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has appealed the MQM chief Altaf Hussain to call off ‘strike call’, ARY News reported on Friday.
Bilawal tweeted that, “I appeal 2 Uncle Altaf 2 call of strike. Pls tell MQM people that threatening people of Karachi, traders & transporters on live TV is not your philosophy of love’
He posted another tweet, saying, “I've warned about anti-Altaf forces within MQM.I fear this strike is part of a larger conspiracy vs. uncle Altaf. I hope he doesnt fall 4 it.”
Earlier, MQM announced to observe day of mourning on Saturday to protest extrajudicial killing of its workers in Karachi.
