QUETTA: Outlawed Baloch separatist group BLF on Friday claimed responsibility of two top district officials of Balochistan, ARY News reported.
A spokesman of banned Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF)claimed responsibility of the abduction of Deputy Commissioner Kech district Abdul Hameed Abro and Assistant Commissioner of tehsil Tamp.
Gohram Baloch, purported spokesman of the banned BLF, while talking on sattelite telephone from an undisclosed place, alleged that Deputy Commissioner Abdul Hameed Abro has been abducted for his alleged assistance to the local death squads, who have been involved in kidnapping and killing of local Baloch people. His fate will be decided after completion of investigations.
Deputy Commissioner Kech Abdul Hameed Abro was visiting Pakistan's border area with Iran for a meeting with Iranian border officials last night. He was kidnapped by unknown armed men along with Assistant Commissioner Tamp and Levies officials in Ajian area, when he was returning back from the border meeting.
