Bollywood gets inspired by Bilawal Bhutto

The upcoming Bollywood movie “Fitoor” which is featuring Ashiqui 2’s Aditiya Roy Kapur and Bollywood’s beauty queen Katrina Kaif also have a pivotal role called Bilal which is inspired by Pakistan Peoples Party’s chairman Bilawal Bhutto’s personality.

Rahul Bhatt who has been seen in couple of Bollywood movies will be essaying the character that is similar to Bilawal Bhutto’s life. According to the sources “The character is that of a young Pakistani politician from a powerful political family. Rahul Bhatt has been asked to model his looks and clothes on Bilawal.”

Rahul Bhatt is playing the role of Bilal who hails from Pakistan and he is the part of love triangle with Aditya and Katrina. The film that was shot in Kashmir is a romantic drama which is a modern adaptation of Charles Dickens’ ‘The Great Expectations’. The film will also feature diva of Hindi cinema Rekha who will be playing a character inspired by its famous troublemaker Miss Havisham. The story of the novel revolves around Miss Havisham’s adopted daughter Estella that will be played by Katrina Kaif whilst Aditya Roy Kapoor will be essaying the role of Pip in the novel.

Bilawal Bhutto is the scion of Bhutto dynasty and chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party which is one of the largest national parties in the country. The 26-year-old politician became the successor of his mother Benazir Bhutto after her assassination. He is a graduate from Oxford University.

This is not the first time that Hindi cinema is being inspired by any of Pakistani political personality. Earlier there were speculations about Bollywood filmmakers making a biopic on Benazir Bhutto to pay homage to her political struggle and glory.
