Bollywood taught me about love: Zayn Malik

TOP NEWS

Bollywood films have always centered around love. Whether it is an action movie, a horror film or one that features a taboo subject, love has dominated the Indian film cinema’s movie plots since its inception. International heartthrob Zayn Malik recently let it be known that he learnt how to charm women and had an idea what love was about at the age of ten, due to Bollywood films. Zayn also disclosed that his favorite movie as a young boy was the Indian film Bombay, from which he learnt how to charm females.

Malik quit phenomenal boy band One Direction last month and cited personal reasons for the decision, stating that he wanted to enjoy life as a ‘normal 22 year old who is able to relax’. Recently when Zayn won an award at the Asian Awards in London, the Britisher paid tribute to his former One Direction bandmantes and let it be known there was no bad blood between them.

Malik is engaged to Perry Edwards, the 21 year old Little Mix singer. Their intended marriage and love life was under much public scrutiny after pictures of Zayn surfaced getting cozy with a British fan. Rumors of infidelity followed as Zayn quit 1D to focus on his solo career. Malik has been reportedly collaborating with producer Naughty Boy these days.

The impact of Bollywood doesn’t come as a surprise, keeping in mind his Pakistani lineage. Also, quite a few weeks ago, Zayn was photographed partying with Shah Rukh Khan in London, after both artists each bagged awards in their respective categories of cinema and music.
