According to sources, bookies in Lahore are betting on the much-awaited clash between Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United. They have declared Gladiators as favorites to lift the title.

Sharjeel Khan and Andre Russel of the Islamabad United, while Kevin Pietereson and Kumara Sangakkara of the Quetta Gladiators have been tipped as hot favourites.

Meanwhile, Punjab Police have begun crackdown on the bookies. DIG Operations Haider Ashraf said betting won’t be allowed for the PSL match, adding anyone found involved in the illegal practice will face strict action.
