Fruit chaats are a must in Ramadan as they are easy to make and delicious enough to win the best dish comment from guests and family members at any Iftaar.
You may have eaten the creamy fruit chaat at Karachi’s shopping hubs like Tariq Road and Saddar but with this simple recipe, you too can make it at home.
1 cup Grapes
20 oz. Pineapple chunks (optional)
1 cup Sliced Strawberries
3 cup Sliced melon chunks
1/2 cup Cream
1/4 cup Powdered sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Cut all the fruits into pieces and combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Enjoy!
