Chairman Senate seeks report of desecration of Quaid's Mausoleum

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan, Nayyer Hussain Bukhari has sought the report of alleged desecration of Quaid-e-Azam's mausoleum in Karachi. ARY News program Sar e Aam had broadcasted a special episode a few days ago, identifying immoral activities going on there with the consent of mausoleum's administration – ARY News reports.

According to details, Sar e Aam's anchorperson Iqrar-ul-Hassan had revealed that the administration of Qauid's Mausoleum was renting out the real grave room to couples against Rs 2500 only, for pursuing all their desires.

Chairman Nayyer Hussain Bukhari while taking notice of the desecration of the mausoleum, directed the Federation to acquire the report from the Government of Sindh and to present it in the Senate.

Moreover, Sar e Aam team, headed by Iqrar-ul-Hassan, will also launch a campaign "Ab Kuch Karna Paray Ga" to protect the sanctity of the grave of founder of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on Saturday 8th March 2014 at 06:00 p.m at Mazar-e-Quaid here in Karachi.
