ISLAMABAD: Minister for Kashmir Affairs Chaudhry Barjees Tahir on Monday said China and Turkey have extended their full support to Pakistan on the Kashmir issue, which reflects the successful foreign policy of the government.
“Kashmir issue has come to forefront because of effective foreign policy of the incumbent government,” he said while presiding over a meeting of the Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) cabinet, Parliamentary Party and Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) central and district wings in Islamabad.
The AJK cabinet, Parliamentary Party and PML-N central and district wings on this occasion expressed full confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
It is pertinent here to mention that the Indian forces have been continuously committing human rights violations against the innocent citizens of held Kashmir.
Indian government forces killed three youth in Tral town on this Saturday, reported Kashmir Media Service, in a recent act of atrocities committed against unarmed Kashmiris.
The government forces laid siege to Wantiwen area to conduct a search operation, triggering angry protests. The forces used tear gas shells and pellet guns to disperse stone-throwing protesters that resulted in deadly clashes, leaving three people dead.
The residents took to the streets in Satoora area of Tral to protest the army operation.
