KARACHI: Two people were killed and a man injured during an armed clash between two groups in Lyari, ARY news reported on Sunday.
The clash took place in Ali Mohallah of Lyari where two armed groups resorted to firing on each other and attacked with hand grenades, leaving two dead and another injured.
Fear gripped the locality after both sides hurled hand grenades at each other. The injured person were said to be in critical condition. All the victims were shifted to Lyari General Hospital. Police and Rangers personnel reached the spot to control the situation.
Meanwhile, grenade attack near Jhat Phat Market in the same locality left at least nine people including three women injured.
