KARACHI: A meeting on the law and order situation in Karachi was held here with Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah in chair, ARY News reported on Monday.
I.G. Police, Director General Rangers, AIG Police and the officials of intelligence agencies attended the meeting.
The meeting discussed recent attacks on police and mediapersons and the overall law and order situation in Karachi.
The law enforcement officials briefed the chief minister about the progress in the ongoing targeted operation against criminals in the city.
Sindh's Minister of Information Sharjeel Memon has said that the operation against criminals in Karachi will not be ended and the government will speed up it.
