CM Khattak extends provincial cabinet, adds 4 new members

PESHAWAR: The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pervez Khattak has extended the provincial cabinet by including four new members, whilst the Chairman of the ruling party, Imran Khan has also endorsed the decision – ARY News reports.

The newly added members in the KP Cabinet include Ziaullah Afridi, Ikramullah Gandapur, Mushtaq Ghani and Qalandar Lodhi. Provincial Information Minister, Shah Farman, while addressing a press conference here on Friday, told that the portfolio of Health has been taken back from Shaukat Yousufzai and he has been designated as the Minister for Industries, whereas Shehram Khan Tarakai has been brought to his slot.

Farman further told Abdul Munim Khan of Awami Jamhoori Ittehad (AJI) has been appointed as the Advisor to CM Pervez Khattak.

Moreover, the Information Minister told that portfolios of Ziaullah Afridi, Mushtaq Ghani and Qalander Lodhi will be announced later.
