Federaannoyance over delay in sending cases proved fruitful as the CM Sindh on Monday approved 64 cases to be sent to the military courts.
According to the spokesperson of the CM House, these cases include Justice Maqbool Baqar attack case, Karachi airport attack case, Mubarak Raza Kazmi case and several others.
On an overall basis, 63 cases relate to Karachi and one from Sukkur pertaining to an attack on the office of an intelligence agency.
Karachi cases include 10 from district West, six from district South, seven from district East, 11 from Malir district while one case of the Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC).
The decision of forwarding these cases to the military courts was made at the meeting between the chief minister and the IG Sindh.
