According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), COAS was briefed that more than 800 square-kilometers of the area has been secured since the last phase of the operation was launched.
The COAS acknowledged the exceptional achievements of Pakistan Army while lauding the successful completion of Shawal operation.
Speaking to officers and men in Shawal, COAS Raheel Sharif has said that the nation values the sacrifices being rendered by the military.
