According to details, officials briefed the Army Chief about the advances and the pace of the ongoing offensives against terrorists and militants in North Waziristan and Khyber tribal regions.
On this occasion, General Raheel Sharif praised the performance of the officials and troops and urged them to conclude the operations as early as possible.
Officials also briefed the COAS about the situation of the internally displaced persons (IDPs), at which General Raheel Sharif directed for addressing the issues of the operation-affectees in order to lessen their problems.
