Conor McGregor is cover athlete in EA Sports’ UFC 3

‘The Notorious’ Conor McGregor, known for making headlines for his performance inside and trash talk outside the Octagon, brings a new level of inspiration to upcoming UFC 3.

On February 2, users can now join cover fighter Conor McGregor on a journey to be the greatest of all time in EA Sports UFC 3 releasing on Xbox One and PlayStation

From Real Player Motion (RPM) tech, a revolutionary gameplay animation technology, to the all-new G.O.A.T. Career Mode, UFC 3 delivers the best looking and best feeling EA Sports UFC game ever.

“Over 5,000 new animations have been captured and rebuilt from the ground up through RPM tech, allowing for more fluid and responsive combat,” revealed Tyler Horsfall, Community Manager, EA Sports UFC in a blog post.

You can now strike, counter and slip while moving to create devastating combos or counter attacks. Every move, every strike and every combination is more realistic, responsive and rewarding, creating the most strategic, competitive fighting experience in franchise history.

G.O.A.T. Career Mode offers the opportunity to be the greatest fighter ever, both in and out of the octagon, allowing users compete as real UFC fighters like Conor McGregor and boost their team to create strategic advantages.

Ultimately, users earn their way to the UFC through the World Fighting Alliance, fight for UFC contracts, create rivalries with real UFC fighters using the in-game social media system, choose allegiance to a gym and build your own fight hype to gain fans to capture the world’s attention.

Every action you perform outside the octagon matters as much as your performance inside of it if you want to become the greatest of all time. Building on Knockout mode, which was introduced in UFC 2, UFC 3 provides a whole new suite of multiplayer game modes designed for fast, fun fights against your friends.

Users have the freedom to create and customize the rules of your match. From giving fighters unlimited stamina in Fight Now Custom, to game modes like Stand & Bang and the all-new Tournament mode, UFC 3 offers a variety of options for you to chase ultimate bragging rights against your friends.

UFC 3 is available for pre-order and will release on February 2, 2018. However, enthusiastic users can receive three days early access to the full game with the Champions Edition.

This comes with your choice of one of five permanent UFC champion athletes for your UFC Ultimate Team line up, 20 additional Premium Packs and much more.
