LAHORE: A sessions’ court in Lahore ordered Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to register a case against Pakistani actress Meera in connection to her controversial leaked video, ARY News reported Wednesday.
A petitioner told the court that a controversial video of Meera with Captain Naveed had brought shame to millions of Pakistanis and tarnished image of the country.
He urged the court that a case be registered against Meera.
Police informed the court that the case pertained to cyber crime, which was not their jurisdiction. Hence the court ordered the FIA to lodge case against Meera.
