A police officer who tried to recreate one of the most iconic film scenes of all time, but falls flat on his face has been caught on video.
The cop, from Birmingham, could not resist the chance to follow in the footsteps of Rocky Balboa, albeit with very different consequences.
The officer is seen running up the stairs of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, one of the most famous scenes from the Oscar-winning movie starring Sylvester Stallone.

However, the policeman, who hasn’t been identified, falls just before he makes it to the top of the 72-stone stairs.
A woman recording the footage can be heard repeatedly asking if he is alright, before he gets up uninjured.
The video was also posted by West Midlands Police Operational Support Unit on Monday. The unit has not revealed the name of the officer.
The tweet said: “Watch one of our longest serving officers take on the famous Rocky steps in Philadelphia. Can you guess what happens next?”
