Corruption more fatal for society than cancer, says Siraj ul Haq
PESHAWAR: Minister of Finance Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Ameer of Jamat e Islami (JI), Siraj ul Haq has said that corruption is more fatal for the society than cancer and suggested administering drops like polio, to some big shots for its eradication from the society – ARY News reports.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Siraj ul Haq said that rule of law is highly necessary for the economic growth of the country, for the VIP culture has made the courts and institutions ineffective.
He suggested for administering drops like polio to influential people, for eradicating corruption from the society.
Siraj said that a key institution like police can’t even purchase arms for itself transparently.
