ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad granted three days physical remand of gunman of the judge who was killed during terrorist attack on the district court in F-8 area of Islamabad Police, ARY News reported.
Babar, the gunman of Additional Sessions Judge Rafaqat Ahmed Awan, was arrested by police and produced before the court today.
The security guard had confessed during the court attack investigations that Additional Sessions Judge Rafaqat Awan was killed during the terrorist attack by his firing.
Judge Rafaqat Awan was among 12 persons killed in the court attack.
