ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday issued notice to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi for his decision to sack a PCB official, ARY News reported.
The court issued notice while hearing the case of PCB Inspection Committee member Altaf Hussain’s sacking by the PCB chief.
Mr. Hussain had challenged his sacking and appointment of Sethi as PCB chief at the IHC.
Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi of the IHC, along with reinstating Mr. Hussain, issued notice to PCB chief and adjourned hearing of the case.
