ISLAMABAD: An Islamabad court hearing Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case summoned former president Pervez Musharraf on March 1st, ARY News reported.
Abdul Rasheed Ghazi, a cleric of Islamabad's Lal Masjid was killed during a military operation to flush out the militants from the radical mosque in 2007.
The court of Additional Session Judge Wajid Ali Khan granted a plea of Musharraf for exemption from the court hearing today.
The judge however said that the court's summon for Musharraf's presence will remain intact.
