Criticizing Pakistan despite its sacrifices not correct, FO tells US
“United States Senator John McCain had written about his recent visit to Pakistan in an article and acknowledged Pakistan’s sacrifices and measures taken against terrorism. He himself had visited Miran Shah and explored ground realities,” said Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria.
Zakaria said though elements of spreading terrorism were present in Pakistan, however US did not give any statement on arrest of spy of Indian intelligence agency, RAW, who was an Indian naval officer and involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan.
He said Pakistan had taken measures to end terrorism and criticizing it in spite of acknowledging its sacrifices was not correct.
