‘Curb street crimes at all cost’, CM instructs IG Sindh

KARACHI: Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday instructed Inspector General Sindh Police A.D. Khawaja to end street crimes in Karachi at all cost, ARY News reported.

The chief minister telephoned IG Sindh and directed him to improve the law and order situation in the metropolis.

“Street crimes in Karachi should be eliminated at all costs. Police officers should remain present at police stations during duty hours,” Shah said.

“Police personnel should be seen patrolling in the city,” CM Sindh further said.

The chief minister dierected that police stations should be made people friendly. “Police department should protect people’s life and property,” he added.
