KARACHI: Seven persons, including five members of the same family, were injured in a cylinder blast at Orangi Town area of Karachi on Tuesday (today), ARY News reports.
According to Police, a cylinder blast took place at a house at Chishti Nagar area of Orangi Town in which seven persons, including women and children, were severely injured. Five members of a single family are amongst the wounded.
The injured have been shifted to the Burns Ward of Civil Hospital for medical attention.
The wounded were identified as 25 year old Arif, 18 year old Saba, 12 year old Fiza, 50 year old Ramzan, 20 year old Shakir and eight year old Alisha. The condition of Ramzan and Alisha is critical.
Shakir and an unknown woman were discharged after first aid care.
