Daesh operative sent on five-day physical remand

The suspected identified Daesh worker is facing case of posessing anti-state compact disks and literature along with material inciting hate.

According to details, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) suspect Rasheed was presented in the court of Sessions Judge Irum Ayaz and pleaded the court to grant seven-day remand of the suspect.

The investigation officer, in his arguments, informed the court that several people from different country were claiming to be citizens of an Islamic State by burning their passports in the CDs.

“There were flags of Daesh along with videos on how to create and detonate explosives,” the lawyer said.

The counsel went on to say that the accomplices are to be arrested and their network is to be exposed.

The judge handed the suspect over to the police on five-day physical remand.
