MULTAN: Umar Atta Bandyal, Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court (LHC), stated that it’s the responsibility of the judiciary to make decisions according to the law, ARY News reports on Tuesday.
In a dinner given by the Multan District Bar in his honor, Umar Atta Bandyal said that the quality of the judgment will be better if the lawyers cooperate. He added that better judges will be provided across the province in order for providing justice.
Chief Justice LHC further said that the judiciary has transformed into an institution after strengthening itself. They have to provide justice to the people.
Shields were presented to the CJ LHC, Bar members and judges on the occasion.
