Additional Sessions Judge Islamabad Raja Khurram Ali Khan issued notice to the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief after hearing a plea of Ali Mustafa Dar, a son of the federal finance minister.

The court issued notice to Imran Khan for the hearing of the case on June 18.

The petition said that Imran Khan in his press conference levelled false allegations against the petitioner with regard to the Panama Leaks.

PTI chief had alleged that the petitioner had bought property in the UAE with illegal money.

The petition sought an apology from Imran Khan for his allegations or face legal action against him.
