ISLAMABAD: Pervez Musharraf's counsel demanded provision of the FIA inquiry report during hearing of the Article-6 case against the former president, ARY News reported on Thursday.

Defence counsel Barrister Farogh Naseem continued his arguments before the special court. Defence counsel in his arguments said that Pervez Musharraf was not solely responsible for proclamation of emergency on November-03, 2007, than prime minister and others also share responsibility.
He pleaded to the court for orders to the government to provide the inquiry report of Federal Investigation Agency to the defence. He said that the Article 187 can provide guidance on the issue. He said the special court can exercise the high court powers for the hearing and have powers to issue directives during the case proceeding.
Naseem said it is the right of defence to get the inquiry report under which case has been registered against his client.
