Democracy will be derailed if workers oppressed, warns Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan has said that his party workers are not afraid of police and they will cross all the hurdles tomorrow, to reach at D-Chowk, Islamabad – ARY News reports.

Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, Imran Khan claimed that efforts are continued to prevent his party workers from participating in the protest. He warned that if the workers were oppressed, then the democracy will be derailed.

He slammed Geo News and the Prime Minister simultaneously, saying that PM Nawaz Sharif is frightened of the May-11 protest and airing millions of rupees advertisements on Geo, while Geo is acting as the B-team of the Government.

Khan said that PTI workers are not afraid of the police and they will cross all the hurdles, in order to reach at the D-Chowk, Islamabad.
