According to details, the driver of the passenger van fell asleep behind the wheels and crashed his vehicle into the oncoming trailer due to which two people were killed on the spot whereas 22 others were injured.
Eye witnesses have stated that the roads on which the van was travelling was in a bad shape.
The van was heading towards Dera Ghazi Khan from Loralai when the unfortunate incident took place.
The wounded were shifted to a medical facility for treatment.
Driver’s negligence, over-speeding and bad roads are one of the prime causes of road-mishaps in the country whereas incompetent drivers are also one of the reasons for road accidents.
