Doctors advise PM rest after severe stomach ache

 ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was shifted to hospital for medical checkup after complaining severe abdominal pain on Saturday, ARY News reported.

The prime minister was reportedly unwell for last two days and suffering from abdominal pain.

He was first shifted to a private hospital in Gulberg where doctors after conducting several tests pronounced the results of medical tests satisfactory.

According to the hospital sources, the tests included CT scan and Ultrasound.

However, after constantly suffering stomach ache, the premier, later, shifted to Sharif Medical City in Raiwand for further medical tests.

This time again the doctor expressed satisfaction over results of all medical tests. However, doctors advised the premier for rest.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif went to London on May 22 last year for medical check-up but prolonged his stay after doctors advised to carry out surgery following examinations and underwent open heart surgery on May 31, a second cardiac procedure in last five years.
