Dr Qadri vows to hold rulers accountable for ‘killings’

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri said rulers will have to pay the price for each killing of his workers, ARY News reported.

Talking to his supporters here, he said the government had besieged the protest camp and not allowing anyone to come inside.

He slammed the government for suspending inspector general police Islamabad Aftab Cheema for refusing to launch crackdown on PAT and PTI activists.

“Until now we have not even thrown a stone on any one.” He asked his workers to remain peaceful and not lose hope.

Meanwhile, suspected IGP Islamabad said the situation could become worsened if operation was launched against the protesters.
