Ebad accepts Chinoy’s resignation as CPLC chief

KARACHI: Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan has accepted the resignation tendered by the former Citizens Police Liasion Committee (CPLC) chief Ahmed Chinoy, ARY News reports.

According to details, Ahmed Chinoy had stepped down from the post over the allegations that were leveled towards him.

The former CPLC’s resignation was accepted in a meeting chaired by Sindh Governor on Friday.

Zubair Habib has been appointed as the new chief of CPLC.
