KARACHI: Former chief minister Punjab Chaudhary Pervez Elahi said ex-chief justice Iftikhar Chaudhary was the mastermind behind rigging in May 11 general elections last year, ARY News reported on Friday.
He said Shahbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif were also involved in general elections rigging.
“The most rigging took place in our constituencies,” he claimed.
He said planes were often hi-jacked, but this time elections were hi-jacked.
Elahi said, “We have submitted the proofs regarding rigging in last year general elections to the relevant forum.”
