Ex-Gov. Balochistan son granted bail in Cinema Guard's murder case
KARACHI: A district court has approved the bail of Fabihan Magsi and his friend, Aurangzeb, who had allegedly gunned down a security guard at a cinema house in Defence area, a few days ago – ARY News reports.
According to details, police presented the challan of accused Fabihan Magsi and Aurangzeb on Friday and took the stance that the investigations of the incident show that the bullet was not fired deliberately.
At this, the court ordered the accused for depositing security bonds of Rs 1 lac each and granted bail to both of them.
It should also be kept in notice that the accused Fabihan Magsi is also the stepson of former Governor Balochistan, Zulfiqar Ali Magsi.
