KARACHI: Ex-Servicemen Society has opposed the formation of a judicial commission for probing into the attack on Hamid Mir, whilst General (R) Hameed Gul has said that the organization of Mir Shakeel ur Rahman is not under his control and he must hold accountability of himself – ARY News reports.
According to details, Hameed Gul said that so far a case has not been registered, but a judicial commission has been formed prior to that.
He stated that the basic job towards the incident, is of police and law enforcement agencies (LEAs).
Gul said that an inquiry report by the police should have been awaited after the registration of case, then any further decisions should have been made.
