Family of murdered girl threatened to take back case against suspects

FAISALABAD: Suspects in murder of a six-year-old girl in Faisalabad have threatened victim family demanding them to take back case against them, ARY News reported.

According to details, the suspects involved in assassination of the minor, who was killed five days ago, are still on the loose. They have sent death threats to the family.

After father of the victim failed to pay installment of debt on November 28, the key suspect in the murder case Ajmal Cheema opened fire on Waris Masih. The bullets hit Ajmal’s daughter, Maira, leaving her dead on the spot.

The suspects have reportedly again stormed house of the family and pressurised them. They threatened the family of their assassination demanding them to take back case against the suspects.

A case is pending in Saddar police station, Faisalabad, for the last five days against 12 people including Ajmal Cheema in this regard.
