The JUI-F chief while talking to media persons on Friday said that MQM was created by General Zia-ul-Haq and it was raised by General Pervez Musharraf.

“Anti-Pakistan slogans have also been chanted in the past. What action was taken against those people,” he asked.

Rehman added that Farooq Sattar has created MQM-Parliamentarians like Makhdoom Ameen Faheem had made Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) – Parliamentarians.

“All powers of the party belong to MQM chief until the party amends its constitution. It will be a challenge for Sattar to get the party’s constitution amended,” he added.

The JUI-F chief went on to say that the objective of removing the pictures of MQM chief from Karachi is to end the atmosphere of fear in the city.
