LAHORE: Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman, Ameer Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), met with Shahbaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab, and discussed his party’s reservations on the National Security Policy and the religious seminaries here in Lahore on Wednesday, ARY News reports.
Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman told Shahbaz Sharif that certain issues have already been decided and will create more problems if they look at them from the beginning, sources said.
Ameer JUI-F called the peace process with Taliban as a good omen and said that his party will support the steps taken for peace in the country.
The two leaders agreed to remain in contact with each other on national affairs.
