Fazl opposes Tahaffuz-e-Pakistan Ordinance

TOP NEWS

ISLAMABAD: Molana Fazlur Rahman, Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUIF) Chief, has said that if we had to enforce Islam through guns, then we would have been on mountain tops instead of assemblies – ARY News reports.

Addressing a local ceremony on Monday, Fazl claimed that already innocent people are being killed under the custody of the law enforcement agencies (LEAs), while the toll will rise further after the implementation of Tahaffuz-e-Pakistan Ordinance.

Speaking about sectarianism in Pakistan, he said that the United States (US) and other international powers want sectarian riots to break out in Pakistan in order to weaken it.

The JUIF Chief alleged that the same powers are involved in the ongoing riots in Middle Eastern countries and all this conspiracy is aimed at devastating these Muslim states.

He further added that in our country the legislation has not been done according to the Constitution.
