Fazl to meet PM Nawaz regarding resumption of talks with Taliban
ISLAMABAD: The Government of Pakistan after Molana Sami ul Haq has also approached Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUIF) Chief, Molana Fazl ur Rahman for paving ways for talks with Taliban – ARY News reports.
Sources told that, Molana Fazlur Rahman was contacted from the PM House Islamabad on Friday and he has also been given time for meeting with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif tomorrow.
During the meet, both the leaders will discuss affairs relating to advancing the process of peace-talks with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), overcoming terrorism and the restoration of peace in the state.
It should also be mentioned here that after Molana Sami ul Haq given the task of negotiating with Taliban by the Prime Minister, Fazl stated that the Government does not seem to be serious regarding this.
Soon after that, he was also contacted by the PM House.
